Question Atkins how-tos???

Hello,
Could someone point me to the best web site for finding out in a nutshell exactly how to start the Atkins diet? I just don't have time to read books, so I am looking for something that will tell me what foods to buy, avoid, etc.
Many thanks!

Hi;
Atkins isn't simply a diet it's really an entire life change that requires a depth of understanding and constant growth and learning to succeed.

If you are really short on time right now my suggestion would be to wait until you have time to commit to the research and then embark on your own life changing journey.

Isn't your health and well being worth time and research? This was a trap I feel into constantly I never could find the time to take care of myself.

Default You have to buy the book

You really do need to buy the book. If you are short on time, read the chapters on induction and getting started, and then read the rest over the next couple of weeks. BUT I would say read the book cover to cover first.

Cheers
Kim
