Talking 10 pounds lighter and happier!

I'm 10 pounds lighter than I was 2.5 weeks ago and I'm thrilled!

I'm really enjoying this WOE and I'm happy to be feeling so much better. My clothes are looser, I sleep soundly, I can see and feel the results. I'm totally jazzed!

Going to be a stressful day at work today. We're downsizing and we have to let two people go. I have to tell them. But even with the stress, I have no thoughts of comforting myself with food.

I've been keeping my carbs to 15-20 per day since completing Induction and drinking lots of water.

Thanks again to everyone here for their support!

Default Way To Go

As a business owner myself, I have had to lay people off, fire them etc. It is very stressful. Good luck! Drink lots of water!

Way to go with the loss!

Hi DW, I'm so sorry you are having a bad day. I have only had to fire one person in my life, and it was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Don't ever want to do it again. I sure don't envy you, well, ok, maybe I'm a little envious of those ten lbs! Well, I'm catching up. I'm down about 8.

Stay strong, you're a real inspiration. We started about the same time, so seeing you strong really helps me!

See ya,

cimart

Downsizing businesses is stressful, but it's great when we downsize ourselves!
