I havent been here in a while, sorry, But I have been doing well on this atkins diet i have even tried alot of new recipes for low carb and they are very good It has been 20 daqys so far for me and I HAVElost 17lbs yeaH!!!!!!!!!!!. i ALSO EXCERSISE 2 TIMES A DAY ON MY EXEERSISE BIKE AND STEP MACHINE AND Di DANCE TOO.. DRINKING LOTS OF WATER . i HAVE MORE ENERGY THAN i HAD BEFORE AND i SLEEP LIKE A BABY NOW VERY WELL.. i HAD 2 SLEEPIGN DISORDERS SO i HAVE HAD HARD TIME SLEEPING BUT sINCE I HAVE BEEN ON THIS DIET I HAVE SLEPT VERY WELL WHICH i BELIVEE ALSO HELPS GIVE THAT EXTRA ENERGY I DIDNT HAVE.. WELL HOPE EVERYONE ELSE IS DOING WELL THANKS
