Ryouko's Workout Log..
For my first entry on my gym log I thought I'd post really quickly what I've done today (with explanations):
Running Warm Up- lots or martial arts based calistenics
Typical Sunday run to the video store (1 1/2 miles 1 way)
2 for 1's- 25 reps pushups, squats, leg curls, and ankle raises, 50 reps situp of some type= 2 sets
Overall stretching (if I keep working hard enough I'll be able to do that Jean Claude Van Damme/Timecop kitchen counter thing.
That's it for now, but I'll be back.
