Sea Bass with Cheese
Oh this is soooo good !!
For one
Sea Bass from fish counter
Olive Oil-2 teaspoons
Clove Garlic-finely chopped
Salt and Pepper-plenty
Balsamic Vinegar-1 tablespoon
Parsley-1tablespoon
25grams Mature cheese-of choice
Lemon wedge
Put Sea Bass in oven proof dish. Combine next four ingredients and coat fish on both sides.
Cook skin side up at 400 C for around 15 mins depending on thickness of fish.
Cover with Parsley and Cheese and give another 5 minutes.
Serve with Lemon wedge and veg of choice.
