Lightbulb Quick 3 minute fun exercises

These days, I have quite the difficulty with extended periods of exercise - had my ankle fused in 2012 and bone tumors taken off my knee last November.

So, one thing I try to do is get in multiple 3 minute bursts of exercise a few times a day.

An easy way to do this is to play a favorite YouTube video and simply sit down, stand up, kick out, sit down, repeat with the other leg, etc (otherwise known as "kickies" to my kids. )

"Disney and Pixar Sings Let it Go" was our morning workout. 'Twas fun!
