i actually started last week going to the gym 6 days...felt awesome. total calories burnt last week doing cardio 2400 calories. this week i have planned to burn 3400 calories. thats almost 550 calories per day.

day 1
treadmill 30min >> 15min running/jogging at 6 mil/hr.
>> 15min walking at 3.5 mil/hr
burnt 300 calories

cycling 25 min >> moderate level 4(1-9)>>75-85 rpm
calories 220
weights 10min
sauna 15min

total calories burnt 520.

cant wait for tommr
my goal for the week is 3400 calories by excercise

if it hurts its working

Weightlifting 15 min. all machines 2x 8 reps

treadmill 37 15min running/jogging at 6 mil/hr.
15min walking at 3.5 mil/hr

ski machine 5 min

Stepper 5 min

burnt 50

clycling 15min

burnt 100

total calories burnt today = 500

5 min sauna

had a good work out

20 walking

just 2 more days(sessions) to complete the week
