Well, I sorta worked out legs today. lol
Last night I was fasting because I had a regular doctor's appt. scheduled for today. I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I didn't get back from the Dr., however, until after 12 o'clock. Once home I had a low-carb burger and as it was soooooooo pretty outside today I thought I'd try to work out at home.
I got my calves done and also got in 9 sets of squats. But having been on a fast that long I just didn't have enough energy for working out any more, so I spent the rest of my workout time just laying out in the sun.
Good news today though is that - HA! - my bottom blood pressure number was only 75 in the office today..
Gang, I've never seen the number 75 in my LIFE! rofl So, needless to say I'm super happy about that.
I'll be getting the bloodwork numbers back in a few days.
Weight-wise I was up a lil bit this morning even with the fasting, but I think that's prolly from the Creatine. I understand one of the thing it does is allow the "interior" of your muscles to retain a little bit of water. That said, it seems logical to me that once I get saturated my weight should go up a little bit before it starts going back down.
Gym time early in the morning. Going to try to eat a few extra veggies tonight. All for now.
