Keeping the goal at 250 min of exercise/week - Also weight goal, down to 145.5

Mon (147.5) - kinda feel at a stall, gotta watch calories, but no time to exercise today, concert Ingrid Michaelson

Tues (147) -dinner ~ Chinn Chinn

Wed (?) - dinner at Bravo then movie

Thurs(?) - couldn't bring myself to weigh in, tracking food today, will weigh in tomorrow no matter what! Gotta start doing something every day again, even if it's just some yoga flow moves before bed.

Fri (151.5) - feeling lousy, need to get back on track, this week, I've been derailed! Just relaxed and cooked- counted calories did decent

Sat (149.5) - calorie counting works, although went to wine party and ate too much dessert

Sun (?) - snacks and ate too much buffalo chix dip and dessert! yummy

No exercise AT ALL this week, boo hiss, gotta get back on track next week

Goal, 250 min exercise, 10 miles run/walk, 1 Yoga session, 1 Zumba session, do something every day, try to burn 500 cals/day

M (151.5) - last week no exercise and overate - Run/Walk today

T() - Zumba - really liked this class

W() - Just did a Tone It Up Girls workout

Th() - nada

Fri () - nada

Sat (149.5) - nothin - portion control is starting to work

Sun () - just walking around watching Pene and Jennie do their 1/2 marathon, very inspiring!

This week probably only got 120 minutes - short by 130 minutes, boo!

Goal - exercise every day! Zumba 1-2x, Run 2x, BodyRock 2x

M (148.5) - weight finally coming down, whew! Get to the gym tonight and run with B

T() - Zumba at 8pm Chungs

W() - maybe Zumba with Sasha?

Th() - BodyRock in the am, short, should be able to do it, look it over the night before

Fr () - BodyRock in the am, short, should be able to do it, look it over in the night before

Sat () - Run

Sun () - Yoga?

Goal - weight lose 2-3#, exercise 320 minutes (to make up for last weeks slack week!)

Week of 11/5/12

150.5 - got off track on eating and exercise for a few weeks, it's so easy to gain, boo!

Instead of just counting minutes of exercise, I really love my HR monitor, so I'm going for calories burned and minutes of exercise.

Weekly goal 1750 calories burned. 250 minutes of exercise

M- BalletCore - loved this class (250 cals, 60 minutes)

T- Zumba w/ Corryn - new music and moves, fun and tough (525 cals, 60 minutes) - also did 50 push ups and 50 sit ups

W- Did 15 push ups and knee in pulls - (25 cals?, 10 minutes) Just painted trim at friends house, no scheduled workout

Th- (150) - no ex, rest day

Fri- (150) a.m. timed 1 mile run 9:34, better than I thought I'd do (100 cals? 10 min)

Sat- Run at home, 3 mile run/walk felt pretty good (300 cals, 34 min)

Sun - Rest

Goal - Get back under 150, boo! This should be easy peasy! Boo! Didn't happen, ate too much
Burn 1750 calories - 1200 so far, 550 to go.
Exercise 250 minutes - 174 minutes, 76 to go.

Needed to exercise more, burn more, and lose weight! Well I tried. I have something to reach for next week.

2012 Yearly Goals -

* Weight at 135 - really going to try to get there, if I am anywhere in the 130s I will call this a success!!!

* Run 5 miles without stopping, even if it's a slow run, like 5.0 mph

* Run 1 mile under 10 minutes, I have been doing the walk/run thing, so I don't even know what my base start time is. I will do this test soon. Tested 11/9/12 a.m. 9:34 did better than I thought. Yay!

* 5 pull ups (without assistance) this will be tough!!! See how close I can get on the assisted machine, keep lowering the assistance level. As my weight gets down, this should be easier!

Week of 11/12/12

M (150.5)- weekend are rough! BalletCore tonight - fun class, Darby came with, burned 400 calories, 60 minutes also did 20 pu & su in am, and 30 pu and su in pm

T (150)- Zumba burned 550 calories, 30 pu & su in am, 40 pu & su in pm

W-(149.5) - 40 pu & su in am, now that I've been doing the push ups and sit ups daily, they are starting to feel easier and more part of my routine. I'll be interested to see how I do in Yoga with the Flow Sequence, hopefully it will be much improved.

Th - Rest - started feeling sick, no ex

Fri - -sick

Sat - sick

Sun - sick

Goals
Burn 1750 cals - 950 so far, 800 to go!
Exercise 250 minutes - 120 so far, 130 to go!
148.5 - 149.5 now- 1 to go! Didn't make it, off plan, probably went up.

Sat ( ) - plan walk/run outside with Dylan

Week of 5/20/13

Weekly Goal - 7 miles, 2 so far, 5 more to go! Going to have to hit it on Saturday!

Mon (?)-plan a walk/run w/ B, if home in time, do BalletCore-just drove home from Chicago, no exercise, didn't feel great
Tues (153 )-plan something at Just Move- Team Zumba ~ 6pm-didn't make the class, but did 2 miles on the treadmill
Wed (152.4) -WERQ class at 6pm, then meet with Natalie-did the class!
Th (153.2 ) -Walk or bike in the am. sushi class with the cousins, excited! Bring Wine! - didn't have time to workout this am, rest day!
Fri ( 152.8) - Planet Fitness am workout with trainer, just do my best!! Plan the night before get back on track! DJ Grad Party, excited dancing! - trainer cancelled, boo! But rescheduled for next Wednesday, yay!
Sat ( ) - Service and a good long walk with Dylan, hopefully no mosquitos! Maybe test drive some cars with B.
Sun ( ) - Long day of sitting for assembly

Week of 5/27/13

Mon (154.8)- Memorial Day- no exercise, started reading about Virgin diet, tried to follow that plan 21 days, let's see how it goes.
Tues (153.4)- Day 2 of virgin diet-ate too much salt and just too much overall
Wed (154.4) - Day 3, did pretty good, ate dinner at vegetarian fuel with Corryn, tried to be serious about no snacking, did have 3 bites of rhubard cake, and one large skim carmel mocha- did 15 min of weight circuits, 1 round, was supposed to do 3-4, yikes! I am seriously out of shape!
Thur (153.4) - Day 4, down, pretty serious about sticking to this and losing for Florida, the goal is 145 by Florida which is 18 days and 8.4#
Fri (155.4) - workout w/ trainer at Planet Fitness- tough but good!
Sat() -
Sun() -

Start weight - 154.8
Weekly Average - 154.28 Weekly loss .52 - I guess that's ok

* Run 3.1 miles under 30 minutes, even if it's on the treadmill. I probably won't do this at an event, because I prefer to run with B, but just to test myself and see if I can get there.

Monday 6/3(155.8)- gotta get back on track with CAD, had a really god day, went for a mile walk with Ben and Dylan

Tues 6/4 (153.8)-yes, lost a couple #, 3.1 mile run/walk at Planet Fitness, 39 minutes, walked 5 min warm up, then 1 min run/1 min walk, the run felt really good, I wore my knee strap and I'm actually looking forward to running again. I think I might run on Thursday. Went shopping and was totally disgusted! YUCK, shorts are not my friend. I bought a couple jersey skirts for Florida, and that is going to have to make due!

Wed 6/5 (154.2)-plan workout w/ R ~ 6am-trainer cancelled, but plan to make my cleaning the house a workout tonight! I should get my fitbit in the mail today, I'm so excited!
Update- I got my fitbit today! Clipped it to my belt and I'm stepping! Let's get some lifestyle activity!

Thur 6/6 (152.2)-workout at the hotel? No workout

Fri 6/7 ()- no workout

Sat 6/8 ()- no workout

Sun 6/9 ()- 1 mile in the am

Last Weeks Average 154.28
Weekly Average - 154.08
Week Loss - 0.20 - going down!
