Plan: Atkins
Stats: 320/220/195 Male 6'0"
BF:
Progress: 80%
Location: Pensacola, FL
Default Pancakes, Pizza, etc...

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Plain Wheat Germ
1/4 sup Soy Flour
3/4 cup Vital Wheat Gluten

1 1/4 cups Unsweetened Soy Milk

1/4 tsp. Stevia Extract Powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Yeast

4 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Jumbo Eggs
3 tbsp. Butter
1 cup Water

Mix ingredients into a batter. Use to make Pancakes, Pizza, or any other non-rising bread. For the whole thing:

1861 calories
Total Fat: 126g
Sat. Fat: 38g
Poly. Fat: 19g
Mono. Fat: 61g
Carbs: 82g
Fiber: 21g
Protein: 115g

You should be able to get 1 (or more) Pizzas out of that. Cut into 12 slices, that is 5g (or less) Net carbs per slice (from the batter). Cut into 8 slices, it should be 8g (or less) per slice (from the batter). Assuming you could get 6 pancakes out of it, that is 10g a Pancake. Not exactly Low-Carb, but alot better than the 40g in regular pancakes, and 30g in a slice of regular pizza.
