Default SMall fail today but gonna continue

Had a pretty good day til my grandfather brought me my valentines day gift... my favorite things... they are long like a straw and slightly thicker with waifer crust and middle filled with dark chocolate... I ate two before I could hide them from myself .... but I did not let that give me an excuse to eat more carbs..I stopped and thought well not gonna keep making excuses.... I took a step back but gonna keep going forward

breakfast.. bullet coffee
snack... 2 boiled eggs stuffed with tuna mixed with avacado and pickels
lunch ( left over dinner) cauliflower "mashed potatoes" and steak
olives
Got real hungry on way home from work no food or water in car hour drive
home... stopped at a gas station and grabbed vinene wienees ( just as gross as they were when I was a kid LOL)
supper: hambuger meat, mushrooms and chili powder, ketchup and all beef hotdogs all mixed up... sounds gross but tasted really good.

bite or 2 of jello...

I feel you.....lately it's been real hard to resist, don't know why. I usually do really good during the work week, eat very low carb and feel great. But then, on the weekends, we go grocery shopping and there doesn't seem to be much restraint to just grab something "forbidden" arghhhhh....(that I KNOW makes me feel achy, depressed etc afterwards). I was doing very good last year. For 8 months I never exceeded 20 carbs a day and it was easy. Weight loss was slow but I have health problems (I expected it). Still, it made me feel better. I hope that I can get back to that soon. In the meantime I do my best and forgive myself for it and try to get right back with it the next day. At least I'm not totally off the wagon. The only problem is maintaining ketosis right now....
Good luck!

I caved in too on VD. My son brought me my favorite black and white cookies from the bakery:/ I ate 1 and gave the other one away. I felt horrible and the scale paid me back in return the next day.....I am back on track and you did the right thing by staying true to your WOE right after.

Your not alone!
