Question Looking for Almond flour or Semolina flour for baking

Does anyone know where to get almond flour or semolina flour for baking in Canada? I live in Nova Scotia, but would be glad to order it in too. THanks.

You can make your own almond flour, just grind up your almonds, careful not to overdue it though, it will turn to butter.

Many health food stores around Canada carry this sort of thing.

Almond flour = almond meal = ground almonds. It's nothing but almonds crushed into powder.

I found them in Sobey's in St. John's NFLD so they will probably be in NS. Ask at the Service Desk. If they don't carry them, maybe they'll order for you.

I don't live in Canada so I don't know if there is a Trader Joe's there but if not I think you might be able to order at netrition.com.
