Stacie's Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffins
These are similar to the Blueberry Cheesecake ones i already posted. I thought I'd show y'all just one other option (they seem endless) with these muffins!
Always check the nutritional information of the brands/ingredients you use. These are the carb counts of the brands/ingredients i use!
*Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffins
3/4 cup almond flour (9)
3/4 cup vanilla protein powder (5)
1/8 tsp + 6 drops of the 0.5oz bottle of EZSWEETZ (0)
1 tsp Baking powder (0)
1 pinch Salt (0)
4 oz Cream cheese softened (4)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (0.5)
2 Jumbo eggs (1.2)
1/2 cup Target brand heavy whipping cream (0)
1/2 cup pumpkin puree (4)
1 tsp cinnamon (0.7)
1/2 tsp nutmeg (0.3)
Mix all ingredients.
Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full
Bake 20-25 minutes ~ 350
Total Carbs (12 muffins): 24.7g
Total Per Serving: 2.05g
