Default Crunchy Salty 3 carbs

I am sitting around here--snowbound and wishing for a spring day and wondering what can a munch on? something like those (old) things that I refuse to eat to make myself go off this WOE.

1 net carb 2 celery stalks
.5 net carb 1 oz cream cheese
1.5 net carb 2 tablespoons roasted hulled sunflower seeds
0 carbs sea salt
------------------
3 carb snack

I spread the cream cheese in the celery--cut them into bite sized pieces, dipped each one in sunflower seeds and salted them.

ahhhh--it was a satisfactory experience! and I just read that sunflower seeds are high in potassium (which I need).

Ally

Great snack, Ally!

I have been very fond of pickle spears or slices lately myself - seems to satisfy my cravings for something salty and crunchy very well! (I like the Claussens the best because they are so crunchy!)

Love, Leora
