Wasn't sure if anyone was aware, but Dr. Atkins will be on Larry King Live this Monday, 1/6, if anyone is interested.

Also, something else I discovered. I checked the carbs in half/half, store-brand heavy whipping cream, and organic heavy whipping cream. The organic heavy whipping cream has no carbs or sugar!! The other creams had I believe 1 gram of carbs and sugar! So I wonder if that means we can use as much of the heavy whipping cream as long as it's the organic kind?

Thanks for the tip - I will try to catch that and not be too annoyed by Larry...

Also, you may have to read closer because there are always carbs in it. Just 0 per serving - usually it is 2 tbs. And they can print that even if the serving contains .99 carbs.
