Default Carb Blockers?

Hello! Just a question. My Aunt is doing Atkins, she encouraged me to give it a try, she has lost over 45 lbs now. Anyhow my question is....she has started using "Carb Blockers" every once in awhile when she wants to cheat. She doesn't do it often but says she is still losing and is pretty sure its due to these Carb Blockers. Does anyone else use them?? I'm just starting so obviously I wouldn't even think about it for along time, I was just curious.

Thanks
Charlene

Have you tried the Search word in the green stripe above? Look for Carb AND blockers and you'll probably find quite a few threads about people's experience with them.

Thank you! Did the search and found alot on the carb blockers. Seems like people have mixed opinions on them. Some like them, some don't. Guess its just personal preference.

My Dad just bought some a little while ago, he took a couple Starch Blockers (thats what his were called) and he went out to eat and ate bread and mashed potatoes etc. He still lost 2 pounds that week.

My opinion would be once in a GREAAAT while use them, like if your going to a party, or it's your birthday! LOL!!!

I have used them, and I don't think it works. I tried it and went to eat pizza, and it did nothing for either the blood sugar or the scale, or the tape measure.
