Default apple cider vinegar?

Hi, I have a question about apple cider vinegar... I know it is supposed to be healthy - I tihnk it kills harmful bacteria in the gut? does anyone else know anything about this?

I make some apple cinnamon tea (delicious) and add ACV and stevia and it is a great treat.

My boyfriend swears by it. As soon as he has an inkling of a sore throat he drinks a water bottle with a few shots of apple cider vinegar in it. I have to already be really sick before I can force myself to drink that stuff lol It is supposed to help headaches and nausea as well.

Google it, you will get tons of info. At one point I wanted to take a half shot of it a day but it just made me feel sick all night lol.

I swear by it too. It helps keep blood sugar from spiking, blood pressure, gout...

I like the earthclinic link. You should drink a couple of tablespoons in water 3 times a day. I drink it before dinner and before bed to keep my fasting blood sugar down.

I use ACV on my face
1- As a facial: splash some ACV on your face before going to bed, don’t wash out, and in the morning your face would be positively glowing, as if you had a facial.

2- If you get a hint or a start of a spot, immediately rub with ACV, it really helps even with those deep deep spots that you can’t squeeze.

Must admit don’t ingest AVC, nothing against it, just can’t think what to us it for (in the old high carb days I used it on Chips (fries)
As for salads vinaigrettes I use fresh lemon juice.

It's also good to kill off yeast on the skin. A friend of mine, who's well over 300, has a lot of skin folds and splashes with it after a shower to keep any yeast build up on the skin. If not, the yeast build up can cause a body odor.

My grandmother in law swore by it for her arthritus. Makes sense if you recall the experment in school with the chicken bone and the vinegar. The bone, after soaking, becomes flexible and no longer totally brittle.

I drink it during the day when I remember, but not right before bed (acid stomach).

Do this every few days or once a week, and you'll have people who knew you for a long time coming to you and asking you how come your skin looks glowing, I swear this happened to me.. and I wasn't wearing any make up or anything.
