I am sad to have to report that LOW CARB FRIENDS site is now defunct. (probably someone else already commented on this, as the site ceased operations as of June 1, 2018.) Thus, the link to KevinPa recipes is no longer functional.
Who knows how many great recipes are now lost? However, Netrition is kindly hosting a fraction of Low Carb Friends' favorite recipes, here:
