I am on Atkins and thinking of switching to SB.... I don't have the book, but will order it late this week. I see where some of you are eating SF fudgescicles and popscicles ... beans and popcorn? is this allowed on the first 2 weeks? I love to munch on pop-corn and fudgescicles.

to add, yes, SF popsicles & fudgesicles are allowed up to 75 calories a day. very few low GI carbs are allowed, in fact, the rest of the list is: a few kinds of beans, 1% or FF milk and PLAIN FF yogurt. Can be sweetened with Splenda.
