Default Steamed Vegetables?

I was looking through My P.L.A.N. to find steamed broccoli and cauliflower, but only saw raw or boiled. How does one determine the best item to use when actual nutrition facts are not available?

Thanks,
indieFan

I select the raw option for everything except meats. Then I add as separate entries any fats and/or seasonings I use, depending on the cooking method I choose.

I steam veggies for only a very short time, so IMO, they're basically raw.
