Anyone take a probiotic? HCL?
I also was taking a caffeine supplement in the morning before my workout. I have heard conflicting opinions about this. Seems I still need one caffeine pill a day in the am, but slowly moving away from it.
Hope no one judges.. I am not a coffee or tea drinker.
