Going well so far, 4lb down in two weeks (meaning six days of IF) and I've been fairly relaxed on "up" days. I seem to have released some energy from somewhere, I'm walking up to ten miles on semi-fast days and have run 6-10 miles in single sessions quite easily without fuelling on "up" days. Hopefully I have rediscovered my fat-burning pathways.

I embrace the concept of IF, particularly when I'm very busy at work. Its great to be able to either not eat all day or to eat in the morning then not eat the rest of the day. When I don't IF, I like to follow the "eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen and dinner like a pauper" rule. Of course this works much better now that we are empty nesters ad I don't have to make dinner for the kiddies.

When I IF, I prefer to eat in early in the day (for the same reasons) and I may beverage in the evenings (tea or a glass of wine). I've done quite well following that!

this is my first day finding out about this blog and deciding to start this diet plan. I have done similar with great success, and just need to lose about 15lbs and maintain. I love the fact that there is this blog for over 50. I'm 55 and have been dealing with diet and menopause for 4 years!!!
