~2thinchix....Oh you gotta love that... Especially when the bosom comes up and your shoulders/back doesn't hurt as bad when you hike them up. Then they start becoming a nice perky feature instead of sagging bags

I've been away from the board for too long...ended up in San Francisco for a week while one of my daughters had emergency brain surgery to remove a cyst...she's going to be fine...and I actually managed to stay on plan the entire week and came home to a pound and a half loss...PRAISE GOD FOR BOTH....

I am SO glad to be back...

I think someone else mentioned this. But I am able to go up steps quicker now. And the other day at work I was able to run a little as I shot the owner of the company with a nerf gun...

I hear less crunching (not gone) in my knees as I go up the stairs.

My hubbys mood is happier in general and it seems he is having more energy. Weird.... But maybe part to due to me loosing and part due to his dinners have changed some for him.

Now that he has seen the dramatic effects on my blood sugar, my weight is just coming off. I put a chart in the bathroom so he literally can see the results. I x off each pound i loose. And he sees the difference in my attitude, and energy level. He is now a lot more supportive of what he initially thought was a crack pot diet.

Being able to lay on my stomach and not be in pain. I woke up in that position, for the first time in years, today. And it wasn't hurting my back

I'm puppy sitting this week, so the baby gate is up. And I realized this morning that I'm stepping over it with ease and I no longer have to grab the wall for balance.

Christina,

you and me both. I was a 36 D in high school. Wore my first bra in 3 grade. Started my period in 3rd Grade.

Always having to wear the athletic bras because the pretty bras just wouldn't do for atheltics that I was in...

But today I have worn a pretty bra for the first time ever. And it held up my boobs well enough with no under wire. And it doesn't hurt my shoulders

I wouldn't go running with it but nice to wear something more feminine
