Day 37 of 90

Goals:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day 35/90
2. Follow my eating plan 37/90
3. Exercise everyday 33/90

Still on plan, although struggling with my water the last day or two. Also taking the week to rest before going back in on exercise. Back is all out of wack and don't want to injure myself further.

Default Day 43 - 90 days ends Jul 7

1. No cheats - on plan food only. To aid with this I am taking a small notepad with me and when I see something I think I will throw in my mouth I am going to write it down instead. Did ok. Mom in the ICU w/"small" heart attack/UTI/pneumonia. The sweets on the table at the library looked awfully good but I didn't go for them.

Day 11 of 90

Goals: Weigh daily. Drink water. Limit dairy, caffeine and artificial sweeteners.
No tracking, but be mindful of portions. Eat and drink enough as well as not too much.

Weight goal: Stay under 205 lb for life. Longer term weight goal: Get down under 200 lb and stay there for life.

It's been a difficult week. Weight spiked to 205. Lesson learned. No sugary barbecue sauces ever! Took a while to recover from that. A half slice or slice of toast with butter is okay once in a while (0-4 times a month) with a meal outside the house.

Goal weight: <205
Weight at start of this challenge: 202.8
Today's weight: 203.0

Not hungry too much...mental notes: Fast food places, chocolate pudding with whipped cream on my mom's hospital roommate's late dinner tray that she didn't touch.
