Can anybody give me the website for the Firm videos (their own website). I think I'm going to start this, I want that whole package thingy (3 videos, stick, step)... And I can't find their site!

You might try calling around to your local Target and/or Wal-Mart type store. I've seen the whole set there for reasonable, and you won't have to pay shipping! Good luck!

Thanks, will do! I need to start on Monday, and I'm going to follow their 30 day calendar. I tried the Walk Away the Pounds, and I know it's better than nothing, but it just doesn't do it for me so I don't even bother now. Even in the bad shape I'm in, I barely even feel like I'm moving. Used to do high-impact step aerobics, so I guess that's why.

I need to get my heart pumping!

My suggestion is to go to a Wal-Mart, Target, or Best Buy and get some of the OLD Firm videos. They're cheaper and give you a better workout. Then get a couple of Rubbermaid steps, and you'll be on your way!

I usually buy my videos on www.half.com. There are also a bunch of old Firm videos here: http://www.centralhome.com/firm-videos.htm

You can also find them at the "As Seen On TV" stores. They're in these stores bcs. The Firm is coming out with a new round of videos and a new step that inclines...you can see this on the website. Not ready to ship until March. I'm really not sure if it's worth it. I like the BSS1 myself better than the BSS2, and there are a lot of people who prefer the older videos to these newer ones. JMO though...good luck. I can honestly say that the Firm does work!!
