Default "Carb Options Whipped Dressing"

For a long time I've used the product "Carb Options Whipped Dressing"
made by Imperial for things like tuna salad, egg salad etc. It was very much like Miricale Whip but lo-carb. The company has discontinued it. Anybody else ticked off about this? Mayo just isn't the same when making tuna and egg saleds etc. Anybody know what can be done to Mayo to make it more like a Miracle Whip?

Add artificial sweetener (ie splenda) to mayo to taste, and it will be very similar to miracle whip.

Default Try something new..

I like to add finely diced dill pickle to my tuna salad. I know it's not the same "sweet" taste, but I doubt sweet pickles or sweet relish are all that "low carb". I use just a half a regular dill pickle, chopped.

As a matter of fact, I'm sure I've seen "dill pickle relish" on the grocery store shelves...but I haven't read the label so I'm unsure as to the carb count.

Regular dill pickles are quite low in carbs. This might add some extra zing to your tuna salad. I also add a couple of teaspoons of chopped green onion, and some black pepper as well.

It's pretty yummy.

Oh..here's another idea for you:

Take a giant romaine leaf, spread it thinly with spreadable cream cheese (just use a tablespoon, this stuff has carbs too), then add your tuna salad. Roll it up, and voila - you've got a tasty tuna wrap

Yep, that's what I do. Add a packet of AS to my tuna salad and it is delish.

I use a small amount of vinegar and a small amount of Splenda with mayo. Mix it all up to your liking.
