There is value in them there Greens!
While DANDR recommends 3 cups of loosely packed veg for Induction, adding more veg in later weeks is also the recommendation. Many of us live close to 20 carbs a day, and a few are 100% carnivore.....perhaps this article will help convey the value of LC vegetables.... that a few cups a day are worth considering as they play an anti-depression role. Or could, if from a special list. See the detailed article AND chart listing some animal proteins but more surprizingly, the many green leafy vegetables that rank higher than the highest animal protein.
