One Year!
One year ago today I began the low-carb life. Now I'm 40 pounds lighter and feeling great. I've strayed a few times but have less and less desire for high-carb foods as the months go by. Now my goal is to maintain this WOE for the rest of my life. Know what? I don't think it will be hard because it seems so natural now. I ordered some new jeans and pants to celebrate the aniversary. Good luck to all who read this. It really has been worth it!
