-leg curls: 20x10, 30x10, 40x10
-SLDL: 30x10, 60x10, 70x10, 80x10 heavy for upper body
-horiz. calf presses, single: 70x15, 95x10, 100x10
-standing calf raises 50x15, 90x12, 110x10
-single lunges 10 each leg BAD on left knee. These aren't ready to be tackled yet.
-cardio: elliptical 13mins (Record) I'm usually winded after the elliptical. I plan to strength my CV system.
-cable press as warm up: 15x7
-bench press: barx10, 65x9+1, 8+1 (shoulder irritation)
-bentover flies: 15x10, 20x10, 30x10 (tough)
-cable bicep curls: 30x10, 50x10..moved on to come back but never did
-db inc. press 15x10, 20x10x2
-bicep curls 15x10x2 I have no idea why these were so hard today.
-2mins elliptical
-incline leg press: basex10, 70x9, 50x10x2
-leg curls: 20x10, 40x10, 50x8 only contractions for last set
-SLDL: db 20x10 didn't like these
bb 60x10, 80x9, 90x10 PR, baby!! DH gave me the bb and took it from me. My left wrist felt it though.
Notice the trend?: left wrist, left ant. delt, left knee? hmm.
- calves horiz single presses: 70x15, 90x15, 110x11
-cardio: 25mins on the elliptical!!!! Goal achieved!
I did 10 pushups yesterday to check where I was progresswise. The form of the latter ones wasn't perfect, but I'm pleased with my progress nonetheless. I'll get there soon.
