I just made my first loaf of low carb bread. It worked very well with my machine, it looked really nice.

The taste of rye is there but the sourdough is lacking. The dough is very tough its more like eating a wet rubbery sponge.

But if you love toast in the morning with butter and jam - this is the way to go. I use the Jok N Al low calorie fruit spread (pineapple) its heavenly!
