Like grass fed- grass finished beef and lamb. Better for animals and land than feedlot options.
But.... Can consumers pay more than the cheaper conventional production methods?
I keep suggesting more families raise their own meat chickens..... And layers. Hens are a super gateway animal to self sufficiency. Great scrap eaters.... |
