Default January 3 2005- Induction Buddies!
Well, here it is...there are a bunch of us who have decided to go BACK TO INDUCTION starting January 3 2005. PLEASE join us if you're feeling out of control or just want to get back on track!

Feel free to post BEFORE January...we'll ALL need just as much support through the next few days before the new year!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE AND MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Hi Jennifer!

Just the challenge I was looking for after the holidays. I am doing a Christmas challenge right now and that has kept me eating more days on plan than off..in fact quite a few days on with a select few days off (except for some boo-boo's) So please count me in!

I think the challenge is a WONDERFUL idea. I know after the holidays, it's going to take me a lot of effort to get back on track as I've been using all the christmas spirit as an excuse for slacking. As of January 3, 2005, I'm going to update my stats (probably raise them.. ) and join the rest of you at hitting some major goals this year.

Hi guys!
I'm so glad that we're all going to do this together!
I will post more details on January 1 or 2 to let you know what's going on, but until then I am going to enjoy the holiday and MAYBE have a couple of my MIL's home made cookies. I can't resist, and I have not cheated in SO long!

I hope you all have a wonderful holiday with your families. We made it out of OHIO this morning and we're in PA now...no snow here!!

Count me in too...This should be the "bump" to get me started over again. Did so good when first started the diet back the first of October..Sure slacked off during the holidays thinking "I will start over again" after the holidays..I am sooooo ready..

Hi Re-Inductioners!

I wanted to let you know that we will OFFICIALLY begin Re-Induction on Monday, January 3. There are some who want to start early, and God Bless 'em I think they should be able to do so if they want!

On January 3 we will be doing an "official" stats report, so everyone needs to post their starting weight so that we can see how much progress we're making. I'm hoping that I am not up over 200 again after the holiday but who knows...it's possible! If you have a way of getting your BF% you can post that too, but it's not required. I happen to have a scale that does it for me (even though the number it keeps giving me is just a TAD...ok, a HUGE AMOUNT more than I'd like it to be...it must be a malfunction in the system I am sure )...

I hope you've all had a wonderful holiday. Other than spending too much money at after Christmas sales I have had a great one!

I spent way to much yesterday on those sales too!!!!!!!!!!!!
I started strict lc today!! Whew do I need it! I have 2 friends comming from out of state in 2-3 weeks so thats a bit more incentive!
