Thumbs up Back to Low Carb

I'm back to LC after doing Weight Watchers for 3 years. I did lose 65 pounds with them but gained it (mostly) back. I am coming back to LC and will officially start in the morning. My ducks are in a row.

Welcome back Fiercely
You have found a great forum for support and years of information saved under topic sub-forums. A short summary of the Atkins induction plan is in the sticky at the top of https://forum.lowcarber.org/forumdisplay.php?f=98 Many of us with a lot of weight to lose stick to that phase and simple food list for a while.

The benefit of eating LC over WW is you are not hungry, cutting carbs below 20g removes cravings, and maintenance is easier. New study on how that works in Research forum with good explanations, even Dr Oz. https://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=481579
The General LC forum also has helpful threads if on Atkins.
All the best,
