Default Welp gained 7 or 8 pounds....

... but I was tying to, so tis a good thing. I was at 159, and now about 165-166. Now the big mystery.. if I return to the maintance menu will I start wasting away again? I gained the wait by eating larger portions of LC freindly foods... like a HUGE (filled a dinner plate) salad over flowing with egg, tomtateos, radishes, etc. followed by 1/2pound hamberger with all the trimmings followed by a couple potateos...(yes 1 meal) that kind of idea...But I always felt so stuffed... Gotta be an easier way.

Sounds rather funny to say, but congratulations on your weight gain, Vydor. You mention that you ate a potato or two, so I guess you are already carbing up. I think that would be the easiest way to maintain your weight without losing any further. Have you tried nuts, brown rice, berries and fruit such as apples? As you know, they are nutrition powerhouses and are an easy way to carb up.

No on the rice question... and dont like nuts... but I eat fruit when its on sale... esply oranges! YUM! I also have been eating "Berrie Burst" cherrios that has dried berries in it for breakfast (fast and can eat at my desk at work with minamal work). Also been known to add fresh strawberries to some meals. Just pends what I can find fresh and on sale. Yea, have been eating baked potatoes with dinner (2 if small, 1 if large) as a veggie in rotation.

Whoa.......... Sugar city there guy, I'd say that is what has put the weight on not the Tatoes!

Not the best thing if you want to maintain your weight, I'd say they will add to it! Stick to healthy foods, add some brown rice, whole grain breads. And eat fruit, it should be a priority on your shopping list, weekly, not just if it is on sale! Like how much did you pay for that crappy cereal?? Think about it?
Don't fall back into old habits, be careful, good Luck.
Kathy
