Default The Amazing Yo-Yo Diet!

Ugh have a bit of a problem here... Im about 161-162, and I think I want to be 165. So I start uping my carbs and eating more, even when not hungery.... that lasts a few days... I get ot 164... and then start to cost, and fall back to 161.. then get worried and pig out again.. then get up a few pounds... start to cost again... and fall back to 161.. then get worried and pig out again.. then get up a few pounds... start to cost again... and fall back to 161.. then get worried and pig out again.. then get up a few pounds... start to cost again ... and fall back to 161.. then get worried and pig out again.. then get up a few pounds... start to cost again ...and fall back to 161.. then get worried and pig out again.. then get up a few pounds... start to cost again... errr I think you get the point.

If I only eat when hungery and stick to LC I lose weight... should I just go back to eating "normal" ?

Default Don't do it!

Perhaps this is your natural endpoint... where your body likes to be... Do you think those 4 lbs make you too thin? Eating "normal"? Blaspheme!! No seriously -- that is essentially what I did, the gain was slow at first, but then it crept up on me and I have gained back 30+ of the original 70 I lost. Don't do it! Now I'm battling to get back into an Atkins lifestyle! It is a slippery slope my friend. You probably need to play with increasing carbs and fat a bit to maintain where you want to be if 161 is too thin. Or perhaps doing a little weight lifting -- that'll put on some muscle poundage!

I feel like I maybe to thin... my size 30 pants are loose now, and when I was in my best shape, size 30 pants fit correctly. My ribs are more visible then I think is right.

I am also worried that if I say okay coast at 161.. then I might continue to loose... I am 5'11 with a large body frame.... below 160 I think would be very thin.

sounds like it may be too thin -- I'd dink around with your fat and carbs. Maybe eat fattier meats (I love salami) and cheeses!
