Ooooooh, the smell of garlic! Can't be beat, now can it?

Glenda, you already found this, Anny and Julie, I've posted the yumm-O Flourless Chocolate/CheeseCake over in Sweet Treats.

Now I'll be working on (starting tomorrow, weekend is treat time!) a gluten-free soy-free nut-free individual molten chocolate cakes, among other things...sigh, life is hard

PS: did y'all see this posting over in Sweet Treats? You've GOT to have a peek, I find it so charming that this guy has gone to the trouble of creating Atkins 101 videos and uploading them to YouTube. He makes a mean Mock Danish! Hey, this is a way to get your very own cooking show! Hmmmm, a decent resolution webcam?

Let's get you one and you can start a whole new career!!!

Jude, you are truly heartless to those of us who really need to stay away from chocolate!!!

I watched the YouTube mock danish video and made one yesterday which looked pretty similar. Tasted good too......

Deferrals. Had to do a bunch of Mom-Ikea-inventory-the-truckload-of-kitchen-cabs-and-hardware stuff today!

Sorry, goyls. ASAP, I promise! I do have one 4-hour kitchen shift tomorrow, but we'll see what can be done. I just need to cut the recipe down (it IS drafted) for testing so I don't end up with ChocoCakes in the fridge when Induction restarts on Monday

Honest!
