Default Brown Rice Flour?

Judy, can you tell me a bit more about how much we are allowed on Phase 2, in respects of Brown Rice Flour, Soy Flour, Bean Flour and Brown Rice Pasta?
I know it cannot be a whole lot, but it would be nice to know exactly how much, since there is no indication of Bean and Rice Flours in the Book.

It'd be the same as a portion of any food made from that carb, so small for sure. You can have more of a bean flour than a rice flour.
But if I were you, I'd begin to see that you have an issue with any flours, as I do...and avoid them all together while still seeking weight loss.
