Talking Has lost 23.4 lbs since November 3rd!!

YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! I weighed this morning and I was 219.6. When I started southbeach on November the 3rd of this year I was 243. I'm ecstatic! I've been following south beach perfectly for the first few weeks..here lately ive been really stressed due to work, school, and financial issues so I'm lucky if I'm getting in 500 calories a day. I realize that isn't healthy, but the semester is finally over, thank GOD!!! I can get back to my normal routine. A little depressed over a guy right now but loving life in general!! God is good.

Hey Pretty girl, I'm still around..somewhat. Things have been pretty rough for me lately. Got laid off my job, living off unemployment benefits, in the midst of packing and moving to a horrible town since my HUD was approved there. Ugh. I'll make it though Just gotta keep working on that degree and myself. Good news, though! I weighed this morning and I'm 208...I'm so close to the one hundreds I can taste it!! Haven't been eating right due to stress, but I fully intend to get back into things the right way as soon as I'm settled. How have you been?

Glad to hear you are trucking along, but sorry to hear of all the difficulty you've been plopped in the middle of. You always seem to find a way to rise above it, so I have no doubt you'll find your way through this latest setback as well You just have to continue to do the best you can with what you're working with.

I'm just keepin on. Nothing new

Don't be a stranger!
