Default Could this recipe be Altered for South Beach?

I would love to make a lemon meringue pie that I could actually have a piece of. I see a problem with the butter in the crust anything else I should be concerned with?

i dont see the proble with this recipie. But i do use butter here and there even on SBD. I would keep my serving rather small though. good idea DH loves lemon meringe and i will give it a try too.

That sounds like a tasty pie I'm sure my hubby would enjoy it.

The recipe doesn't look bad. Just be sure count all the Ingredients toward your daily totals. It all adds up at the end of the day.
Butter, Splenda, even the nuts.

I agree with the other replies. I make a few exceptions to the rules on fat. Just watch the portion!
