Lost two and gained them right back! I knew a quick weight loss like that was water, not fat, but I was hoping that the bloat would stay gone. It didn't

I no longer believe this stuff is good for what ails me. YMMV

I am so glad to know I am not alone. I started this stuff last week anticipating 1-2lbs gone. However, there is nothing, da nada. I thought I should continue to use the stuff just in case I am a stubborn loss (although I already knew that). However after seeing these survey results, I now know I am not alone.

I have no symptoms, no die off, no burping, no increased bm, no flushing, no itching, no weight loss, no effect at all. I am taking Nature's way 50 mg 2 times a day.

I am glad I tried it just to know, but apparently, I don't reactive to things like this, just calorie reduction and carb control.

I posted before a 4 pound whoosh when I started this on Wednesday. Well woke up this morning with another 2 pound loss.

That's 6 pounds in 2 days thanks to OoO.

Thumbs up

Yes, Ginga - I experienced the "heavy-headedness" pretty seriously my first 2 or 3 days on the OoO. Exhaustion, too. Day 4 and 5 on the oil, it sorta tapered off to feeling it kinda "come and go" and now I am feeling really, really fine. I think it's part of the die-off, detox affect. I like the idea of it, anyhow.

That is the exact way to describe it! I'm ending Day 2 of taking the SolaRay 150mg caps once a day. I also started Flaxseed though too, so not sure which itll be if it works (haven't weighed myself yet). But so far no burping oregano - I have had that problem in the past when taking garlic pills (not the odorless kind).

I've been taking Nature's Way since Wed, 03/10/04 (one per day) until Friday when I started taking 2 w/ breakfast and 1 w/ supper. So far, I'm down 3 lbs (w/ the first 1.5 lbs between Wed and Thurs), so upping the dose hasn't really made much of a difference w/ how fast the weight is coming off. But I'm not suffering any new side effects - only had the annoying itchies by my ears and jawline for about a day and a half but they're gone now!

Will keep taking OOO at this dose 'cuz I'm hoping that it'll help me get rid of my coated tongue problem....which is a sign of yeast overgrowth. And even if it doesn't speed up my weight loss, I'm not really concerned 'cuz the other health benefits are worth it!

Good luck to all!

I started taking ooo 3/10/04. I take 3 drops in the morning of Oreganol (.45 fl oz bottle from the health food store) .....yes, it's pretty nasty, but it also forces me to drink about 1/2 litre of water every morning too!

Ok, so started Wednesday, my weigh-in day is Sunday: had a 4.4 lb loss! My biggest loss since my first week on induction! I'm psyched!

Now, after reading some of the responses to this poll, I'm really hoping I don't bounce back the other way next week!

I've had some of the burps (just little ones)....like I've been eating pizza. Thank God I've had none of the other gas problems I've read about!!

Even if not for the weight loss, this stuff just seems like such a great "cleanser" anyway. Since I'm eating a lot of salad (with vinegar-based dressings), cheese and sunflower seeds lately, I'm glad to combat some of that yeast naturally.

I used 2 drops in H20 w/ a little squeezed lemon juice. OoO is expensive stuff $ 19 for a small bottle but it was all I could find locally. Used it to help with the constipation.. It took almost a day before working but it did the job.

Did okay with it - no burps, etc. I am not sure how many drops to take.
Anyone?
