Default How Was Your Thanksgiving?

Ok how did everyone do?

Me I did good. But it was at our house so I made sure there were good things for me.

The key for me was to get the leftover bread, gravy and treats out of the house fast!!!
We sent some leftovers home with the kids. Then we took leftovers to my inlaws too.

Also didn't linger around the kitchen/table. Reminded hubby and his daughter not to nibble while they cleaned up the food.
Moved to the living room to play with grandson.

Hope You All had an enjoyable Holiday.

I broke the diet on Thursday and Friday, though I did my best to restrict the indulgences to dinner and dessert, and ate according to my guidelines for Breakfast and Lunch.

There's still some stuffing left over, but hopefully we can get the kids to eat that for us.

Had a great time with Planned cheats, so I don't feel too bad. Didn't gain and stayed the same so I am happy. Back on track this AM and keep on rolling!

For the first time ever I got invited out of the house and didnt even cook!

It was wonderful to eat lightly and carefully and I refused all offers to bring a plate home

Thanks for asking skippie!

Glad you all enjoyed the holiday. Most important with any holiday/event is planning.

Make your plan and stick to it. Plan in your treats, just be sure not to over do it. And if you do over do just face it and get right back on plan.

WTG.....Seems like you all did a really good job!!! Its those little changes that count. Thanksgiving seems to be the kick off to all the dinners, parties ahead. Stick with it we can do it.
