I do this too! yummmy!!!! last night I decided I didn't want it warm though and stuck it in the freezer for a little while till it got cold and hardened a bit....not too bad I must say! I'll have to try it with peanut butter too.

hey maybe you could make a little batch of it and freeze a tablespoon or two in muffin cups. then it would be like a hard candy to suck on? i might have to try this...

This sounds delicious! Though I dont nuke mine. I came here to post my own version but I saw this and thought Id just reply here rather than posting my own version. lol

I LOVE Cream Cheese! I take about an ounce of CC and stir in a small bowl until it is creamy, to that I add about a lidful of Lemon Flavoring and toss in a packet of Splenda! Viola, instant Lemon Cheesecake!!! I Absolutley would have to say this is my favorite sweet treat. I love Lemon too. But I imagine one could add most any flavoring to it to mix it up a bit. Im not certain of carb contents on flavorings, that is something I intend to look up here in a bit though. At any rate, it hasnt made me stall whatsoever.

I was unable to find the carb content of the flavoring but I did, however email Goodmans and ask them as soon as I know Ill be happy to return here and post it so everyone knows for sure.

I only use Goodmans Extracts, as most other Lemon Extracts are about 70% Alcohol which is a No-No for Atkins, but Goodmans uses No Alcohol in their flavorings at all. Im pretty sure if there is any carb content surley it wouldnt be over 1, if anyone already knows for sure, please let us know. I found they have Pineapple too......Im going to be trying that. I bought some Pineapple Cheesecake from Long John Silvers a few months back and I absolutley love it, I have tried recreating the dish, but it is whipped somehow and I was unsuccessful, Im hoping the Pineapple Flavoring will at least have a good taste and it can be helpful to change up the flavors so we dont get too bored! lol
