I've been making this for a few years now and I love it. I usually put it into little dessert cups or containers for individual servings and then top it with a few fresh berries.

I've started using 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/2 cup of whipping cream instead of all cream.

Sometimes I add in a generous amount of dark cocoa powder and use it as a dip for strawberries.

Even when I wasn't LC while pregnant and breast feeding I still made this.

This reminds me of a cheesecake I used to make a long time ago with sour cream and a topping of yogurt (greek would be awesome), lime juice and sweetener.
