Only on weight training days?

Only on cardio or weight training days?

Everyday, no matter if I workout or not?

This is when I take mine. The benefits of gluatmine are many, it's really not just for muscle recovery / reduced DOMS.

In my home, during cold and flu season, or when we are feeling under the weather, we double up on our doses to take advantage of glutamine's immune system bolstering properties.
