Default Visual Impact for Women

Hey ladies,
Has anyone heard about or tried the program Visual Impact for Women? It seems to have a different take on weight lifting and uses HIIT as well. I can't seem to find any personal reviews, just book reviews.
The idea and goal of the training to get stronger and leaner, while reducing muscle size. I have a major problem with bulking up and this program is designed to eliminate that, while still gaining strength. So, anyone with personal experience would be a great help to me.
