ONE tortilla? lol. I would probably eat 3 or 4. But that's OK, cause the tortillas I eat only have 3g net carbs in them (8g - 3g fiber).

I do this too...but instead of frying the shell, I spray a flat
pan with olive oil spray and lay the shell on that. This way,
I can cook it in the oven in 1 step (yes, I am lazy )
and less mess! The shell is crisp when done.

I will cook up some sausage for the week, store it in a container and
have all of my other meats ready to go. It only needs to cook for
10 minutes or so at 425 and lunch is served. At first I thought that
I would need 2 to fill me up, but one does the job nicely! Love this
lunch!

I use a tortilla warmer and just pop a couple on it to warm while I'm getting the rest of my ing. together. It's great to have pizza again!

OMG how funny you posted this!! DD & DH have a Saturday evening ritual - they make pizza together (DD is 6) and since LC'ing I obviously haven't had any. I tried all sorts of things so my dinner would look "pizza-ish" so I could fit in. And just this past Saturday I made pizza on a LC tortilla! I didn't fry mine or cook it first - I just baked it with the toppings. I used home made sauce, cheese, pepperoni, 'shrooms & some onion! It was great!

Toddzilla,
I think you know this but the net carb is the total carb minus the fiber. Your tortilla is 5 net carbs not 3 net carbs. (8 -3 = 5). Just thought I point it out since alot of new LCers watch this thread,
