Tracy Anderson mat workout?
Is anyone else here doing Tracy Anderson's workout? How's it going? I have been at it for several weeks. It's hard to see tons of difference, as I still am larger than I'd like to be. But I feel stronger. I suspect that I'm gaining muscle at the same time that I'm losing fat. I did this workout a few years ago and saw a real difference in my arms right away. This time I'm in my 40s, and I can't see as quick or drastic of a change. But it does seem to be helping.
I do this probably 5 times a week, plus 30 minutes on the elliptical on the same days, if I can swing it. And I'm doing Atkins. I have lost 17 lbs. in a month. Not sure how much is the Atkins and how much is the work outs, but I'm feeling encouraged!
