Default slow cooked orange and ginger chicken

Low carb, low starch, whole foods, dairy free, nut free, gluten free...and still nice.

Looks and sounds delicious! I have never tried chicken in the slow cooker, and have been wondering how it would go.

I haven't done a whole chicken any other way than in the slow cooker the last few months, they just fall apart, love it.
