Default High or Moderate intensity cardio?

Hi, everyone. In your opinion, is high or moderate intensity cardio better for weight loss? Or have you had better success alternating between the two?

Resistance training is proven to yield better fat-loss results, I don't have any article links to hand, but I'm sure you could find them if you wanted...
