Default Cheesy, spicy, creamy sausage casserole

I've never posted here before but made this dish last night, it was so easy, quick to prep and really tasty. I've added it to my blog, which is mainly recipes, so I've just provided the link. If for any reason I need to copy the whole lot across, I'd appreciate someone maybe telling me how to upload a picture, haven't been able to work it out yet!

If you join a group like Photobucket, it's easy to post a pic. Just upload, copy and paste.

Click on your picture and select copy image URL.
Up above the box you type your post in here, is a tool bar. Click on the picture icon. Then paste the URL from your image in it. You may have to temporarily allow something or other (I forget exactly what it says)

Here's your picture. With yours though, I had to take off the letters after .jpg

I find Photobucket is more useful for when the picture is on your computer and not on the internet..

hi red, I tried this recipe but I changed so much of it it might not be your recipe any longer

I do not like sausages sooooo< I just browned ground beef , I thought I would use tony chacheres seasoning (very spicy) then I thought this seems Italian sooo I put Italian seasoning in with garlic.

Then I added everything else on the list .Right now it is cooking I will let you know the name of the dish when I taste it.

Cheesy, spicy, Italian ground beef casserole maybe LOL

Hmmm. Any good U.S. substitute for piri piri sauce? Or, can anyone tell me a good place to get some locally? Not really knowing what it is, I don't know how to substitute for it.

Oh! Missed these comments entirely! How nice. It is so weird when you blog. You can see people hitting your site from here, for example, but nobody ever talks to me! HA.

Appreciate it!

I will try and follow those picture instructions. I don't know what it is about computer instructions that make me glaze over!

sloslo - THRILLED if you play with the recipe! That is what nearly all of my recipes are. Messing around with stuff!

Piri piri sauce is just chilli sauce really, you could just add fresh, or lazy chillies.
